Born in Atlanta and raised in Philadelphia, my journey has always been rooted in growth, resilience, and service. After spending more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, I was introduced to Bikram Yoga in 2004 by close friends while searching for relief from back injuries. What began as a path to healing quickly became a lifelong passion that transformed my life—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Today, as a certified Bikram Yoga teacher, I’m passionate about creating a welcoming space where students can discover their strength, improve their health, and experience the powerful benefits of yoga for themselves. Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or deepening your practice, my goal is to help you grow with confidence and compassion.

In 2016, I founded Kimber Real Estate Group LLC and have been a full-time entrepreneur since 2019, but yoga has always been the foundation that keeps me grounded. My purpose is simple: to serve others, inspire transformation, and help every student become the strongest, healthiest, and most authentic version of themselves.
