Pachi Sanaberger
Studio Director, Bikram Yoga & Vinyasa Instructor
Pachi’s passion for movement began in her teenage years and has grown into a lifelong commitment to helping others improve their health and well-being. After beginning her career as a certified fitness trainer and group fitness instructor in Hawaii, she discovered yoga in 1999. What started as a physical practice quickly became a path of healing, personal growth, and transformation.
In 2001, Pachi attended the renowned 500-hour Bikram Yoga Teacher Training, and in 2002 she founded Bikram Yoga Maui, where she began sharing her passion for yoga with her community. She later served as a lead teacher at the Ramashala Retreat Center on the Big Island of Hawaii before relocating to South Florida, where she is now the owner and director of Prana Hot Yoga & Bodywork.
For more than 25 years, Pachi has been dedicated to both teaching and continuing her own education. She believes that great teachers never stop learning and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where students of every age and ability can grow stronger, move with confidence, and experience the transformative power of yoga—both on and off the mat.
